HitmanN.net Games
'ey all, this is HitmanN. You're probably familiar with what I've mostly done 'till now, cute & sexy anime girls. It's not the only creative hobby I have. I also like modding games, making custom content for them, and even making my own games using Clickteam's handy Multimedia Fusion 2 software, a great tool for those of us who lack the time and patience to learn programming, but enjoy the designing aspect of the process.
As a quick rundown on what I've done in the past, my first game modding passion was around ten years back, making custom units, mods and maps for Total Annihilation, a well-known RTS game by Cavedog Entertainment (long since disbanded). Some of the stuff I made seems to still be present in form or another in mods of today's 3D version of the game, TA:Spring (something I just recently heard about).
Then there was a time I got acquainted with Klik'n Play, one of the first game creation tools by Clickteam. I made a few very basic games with it, and mostly just shared those with friends. I had ideas, but no idea of what could've been achieved with the software, even then. I toyed around with Clickteam's newer products, such as The Games Factory during the years, but didn't really like them much anymore. I was more interested in modding games than creating them.
Along the way I experimented with UnrealED, the level editor for Epic Games' Unreal engine games. Particularly I made some custom maps for the original Unreal Tournament. None of them really turned out too great though. I was lacking the patience and artistic vision of creating environments.
At this point I found a new passion. Anime and manga, aka japanese cartoons and comics. I've been drawing my own anime-influenced art since then. Much of it may not appeal to some people, as I draw girls, with often some nudity included. That is what HitmanN.net has been about. Anyways, for several years it was about all the creative stuff I did.
In 2009, I discovered that Clickteam had released Multimedia Fusion 2, a software that is the successor to those old Klik'n Play and The Games Factory I toyed around like a decade ago. At first I wasn't convinced, but eventually found renewed interest in making games. At the end of 2009 I made my first publically released freeware game, Hanuro Hawk, which I also entered in a contest. The game did pretty well, almost placing in top10. I felt like I might have knack for this stuff now, and decided to try another project, and "Tank Game" was born.
And that's where I am now, when typing this page. "Tank Game" is still in development, and I'm also providing graphics for a soon to be released iPhone game Twisted Fates, a programming effort by Leuvsion. With my interest having shifted partially to game making, I decided to expand my anime art site with a games section, and that's where you are now.
I will keep exploring game development, both as author using Multimedia Fusion 2, and as a graphic artist, providing material for other game projects. I hope you'll find some of my projects enjoyable to play. :)
